Jasmine is a single mom who lost her substitute teaching job due to Covid-19. She had been denied unemployment benefits for five months and was in the process of appealing the decision. Jasmine reached out to Love INC for assistance with her internet bill because it was necessary for her son’s virtual learning. She was also unable to drive her car and couldn’t afford the repairs it needed. In partnership with another agency, Love INC was able to pay her internet bill.
